telephone. We also collect data when you subscribe to our

How do you use my data?
We will disclose your data for the purposes of arranging your travel
with third party supplier. In this case we will only disclose the
information necessary to organise the services supplied. Please be
aware that some of our overseas suppliers operate outside the UK/EEC
and may be governed by different data protection laws. It is very
rare that we have to disclose details which go beyond your full name
and details of your travel plans.
We will also use your information to let you know about changes to
our service.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will send you a
newsletter from time to time with special offers. You can choose to
unsubscribe at any time.
Will you pass my data on to third parties?
Destination China may share information with other companies within
the same travel group but will not pass your personal information to
any third party company for marketing purposes unless we have your
express permission to do so. We currently do not sell personal data
on to any third party and we have no plans to do so in the future.
We may pass aggregate data on to our third party partners such as
traffic to our website, sales patterns which do not include details
of any particular customer.

It is the lead passenger's responsibility to ensure that all members
of their party are aware of and agree to our terms and conditions
and privacy policy.
